How to Use the Smoking Gun 1. Remove the battery lid and insert 2 AA alkaline batteries. 2. Set the upper unit in the main body and attach the smoking tube to the tube attachment point. 3. Add your desired wood chips to the chip pocket. 4. Place your ingredients (e.g. meat, cheese, vegetables) in a sealable bag and insert the smoking tube. 5. Turn on the power button to light the wood chips. 6. Once the bag is filled with smoke, remove the tube and seal the bag. Turn off the power. 7. Let the ingredients sit for 3-10 minutes to allow the smoke to fully infuse. 8. Adjust the smoking time to achieve your preferred level of smokiness.
